"AVOID THIS COMPANY - My experience with them..."
AVOID THIS COMPANY - I hired them to deliver an engine for my work van. Initially, it was supposed to arrive on October 27th, but then I was told it would be here by the 31st. On that day, I got a call from them saying the engine had been sent to a different part of England, and I ended up with someone else's order. This was a really pricey item, mind you. There was no apology, just a note that it should arrive on Wednesday. Later, I got another call from the Stoke-on-Trent office with the same story about the mix-up. They even asked me to open the wrong parcel that had someone else's personal info in it—talk about unprofessional! This is a huge breach of data protection laws. The whole situation shows total incompetence, and now I'm facing a loss of earnings because they can't get their act together. Their customer service? Well, let's just say it's not great. I'm escalating this issue. How does a supposedly reputable company misplace engines? I filed a formal complaint this morning and gave them 24 hours to get back to me.

"Avoid This Service"
I scheduled a pickup for Friday, but received an email at 6:30 PM stating that the driver arrived at 4:55 PM and the business was closed. I contacted the company, and they confirmed they were open (an employee was there until 6 PM) and even offered to share the CCTV footage. Nikki from Pallet Line was quite rude and refused to listen, insisting that I would need to pay a fee and reschedule for Monday. I asked her multiple times for the complaints procedure, but she just ended the chat, telling me to sort it out on Monday without providing any information. Seriously, steer clear of them.

"Great Experience!"
5th October: Setting up a pallet collection or delivery through PalletOnline is super straightforward since their site is user-friendly. I stumbled upon a helpful guide section that explains how to properly palletise goods. Their customer support is top-notch—friendly, efficient, and really helpful. When I mistakenly scheduled a collection for a half pallet but realized I only needed a quarter, they promptly processed a partial refund for me. My pallet was picked up without any issues; the driver was in and out in just a few minutes, using a tail lift and pump truck, which they provide at no extra cost when necessary! I’ll update this review in a couple of days once the pallet arrives!

7th October: The delivery went off without a hitch. The driver gave me a heads-up with a 10-minute call before arriving and used a fork lift pump truck to get the pallet unloaded on site. I’ll check the contents soon, but the boxes look just as good as they did when they left, so everything seems to be in order! I’ll definitely turn to PalletOnline again if I need another pallet collection or delivery. Thanks a ton!

"My experience with a woodworking tool purchase"
I ordered a piece of woodworking equipment online, which was located 192 miles away in Redruth, Cornwall. Arranging for a carrier to pick it up turned out to be trickier than I expected, but Pallet online appeared to be pretty simple to use. The pickup didn’t go as planned since the item wasn’t ready on the scheduled day. I was informed about this and told there wouldn’t be any extra charges this time. Eventually, it was picked up and delivered without any issues. The communication was solid, and I was really pleased with the result.

"Super Disappointing Experience"
I had two delivery attempts with this company, and both were a hassle. The first one didn’t show up on the promised day, leaving staff hanging on paid overtime. For the second delivery, the vehicle couldn’t reach the customer, and they were told to wait for the driver. After 40 minutes, we found out he wasn’t coming back and I got hit with an extra charge for redelivery. Totally unreliable and a letdown.

"Simple to schedule delivery just outside in 5 mins..."
Scheduling the delivery for just outside took only 5 minutes, and the tracking was solid until it got to the delivery part. Then I got a message saying the pallet had been on site for 4 days already, which made me a bit anxious about where my stuff was. After getting a text that it was out for delivery, I finally received the pallet. Grateful for that, but I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for the tracking issues.
